Event room costs
The Tinners’ Room can accommodate up to 50 people. Rates are determined by half-day and full-day bookings, and flexible catering options are available. We will design a bespoke package tailored to your needs for each event.
The room comes set up with a flip chart, free WIFI, parking and tap water.
Day rate: £250 | Half day: £150

The Tinners’ Room can be booked alone, or you can add refreshments. Food can be ordered from the Cornish Pantry menu, or bespoke buffets can be pre-booked. We source all our ingredients from within a 20-mile radius of Cornwall Gold, and our talented chefs can create a delicious menu everyone will enjoy. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available on request.

More Than A Meeting Room

Take a break from your event and enjoy some team building with one of our extra activities and experiences you can pre-book. These include:
Private guided tours of the Tolgus Tin Mill (approx. 45 mins long).
Our Pick-a-Pearl experience is a unique activity in the heart of Cornwall.
Volunteering in the Tolgus Mill as a team, helping preserve Cornish history.
Pottery and the Bear Works, where kids and adults can get creative.
We can cater for special, bespoke events for up to 300 people in the Cornish Pantry after 4pm. If you are interested please contact us here.
