One of the most wonderful things about precious metals and pearl strings is that they’re completely flexible. Pendants can be melted down and transformed into rings or pearl necklaces can be split into bracelets and earrings. This lets you keep wearing your jewellery when fashions change or you want to take more enjoyment from a cherished family heirloom.

We offer free delivery to any UK address

How quickly will my order arrive?

Mainland UK delivery

All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be available for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Non-mainland UK delivery

We now deliver to non-mainland UK addresses including Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

Delivery times to non-mainland UK addresses are as follows:

  • Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland – 2 working days
  • Scottish Islands – 2 – 5 working days
  • Isles of Scilly – 2 – 5 working days
  • Isle of Man – 2 working days.

International Delivery

  • International courier service costs £10 and will take 5-7 working days to arrive.

Will I need to sign for my order?

A signature will be required on delivery unless you have given alternative instructions. If the package cannot be delivered, our couriers will try again the next day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.

Delivery Instructions

In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, Cornwall Gold cannot accept responsibility. If you have an email address we will contact you with a parcel tracking number so you can track the parcel to avoid any potential problems with delivery and to avoid disappointment. You may also receive a text message from the courier if you have provided us with a mobile number. The couriers are responsible for Goods in Transit.

Returns & Exchanges

It can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online, which is why we operate an ‘if you don’t love it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a full refund.

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at info@cornwall-gold.com or calling 01209 203280.

We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of contacting us. International returns should be shipped within 7 days.

Returns received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Cornwall Gold.

Cornwall Gold will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

In the event of failure to return any items to us within the time frame stated, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you have received an item from Cornwall Gold as a gift or you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. Please email us at info@cornwall-gold.com or call 01209 203280 to arrange the exchange.

Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked. However, if you see something that you’d like straight away, please do order it over the phone or online and we will refund your original item once we have received it.

If an item isn’t returned to us within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
