Please note: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders where promotions or offers have been discounted as part of a glitch or error.
All online offers are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions.
Promotional codes (also referred to as offer codes and discount codes) are each redeemable only once. Cornwall Gold reserves the right to withdraw a promotional code at any time. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or any other offer, and only one promotional code can be applied to each purchase. Promotional codes are redeemable instore and online unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions for that offer.
The Crown Loyalty entitles you to year-round exclusive rewards and seasonal offers communicated in-store and via e-mail. Each Crown Loyalty account offer has unique terms and conditions outlined at the time the offers are running. Cornwall Gold reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty offers at any time. Accounts are limited to one per person and are for personal use exclusively by the registered account holder. Crown Customer accounts cannot be distributed or shared or used for commercial purposes.
Cornwall Gold reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Crown Customer Loyalty account, any benefits or membership to the Crown Customer programme, if Cornwall Gold believes the account is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Cornwall Gold Crown Customer account can only be used in Cornwall Gold, Cornwall Pearl, the Cornish Pantry and cornwall-gold.com.
Year-round exclusive rewards are:
- 10% off all orders for life
- Free hot drink refill – valid in the Cornish Pantry. Unlimited refill per account per day
- Exclusive event invitations – these are communicated in-store and by email. You must be subscribed to our email list with a current, valid email address to receive these invitations
- Priority sale access – these are communicated in-store and by email. You must be subscribed to our email list with a current, valid email address to receive these invitations
- Free clean– valid for Cornwall Gold jewellery only
- Free restring – valid for Cornwall Pearl jewellery only
Crown Customer rewards are subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel, alter or withdraw a reward at any time without prior notice.
Blue Light Card: Holders of a Blue Light Card are entitled to the same rewards as our Loyalty Crown Members. Registration to receive these benefits must be done in-store (no purchase necessary), after which you will be able to receive the discount in-store and online.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent, then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event, you may not sell the Vouchers through the Internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.
Our gift vouchers are only available to purchase and redeem in-store. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and online vouchers are also valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
£5 and £10 vouchers are available to spend on jewellery in-store only. There is no cash equivalent to this offer. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Pricing – Our website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced or offers may be incorrectly applied. We will normally verify prices as part of dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.
If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Online Gift Card – Cornwall Gold Online Gift Cards can be redeemed at our website only, they cannot be redeemed in any of our stores or over the phone and e-mails.
Gift Cards expire one year from date of purchase. The Cornwall Gold Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for any purchase and does not have to be used in full at any one time.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If a product is returned to us that has been purchased using a Gift Card, the value will be refunded back onto that Gift Card, or a new Gift Card will be issued. Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with Gift Cards. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion without notice.
Order/Product Reviews – by purchasing an item online you agree to receive an email inviting you to leave an optional review of your purchase if you should wish to. Please note this does not sign you up for any other marketing schemes/emails through Cornwall Gold, it is for review purposes only.
